The primary focus of this paper is to provide the individual needs of teachers, especially skills and training required latest technologies to be learned in view of updating the knowledge. It explains the new teaching methodology for language teachers and more effective approaches to develop their profession. It deals with the other qualifications required, apart from the basic necessary qualifications, to be successful in the lifelong Journey of language teaching. This paper aims to provide recent development of the English Language Teaching. Since there is a great demand for language teacher around the world, this paper deals with the expectations of the language learners from the language teachers and reasons for their expectations. And also how to fulfill the needs of the English Language learner who tries to learn the English Language with the view to strengthen their economical needs.
