The kind of growth witnessed by the developing and the underdeveloped countries in this contemporary era is astounding. Although the spiraling growth curve of these countries have been bolstered by economic, political, information technology revolution, education which covers entire gamut of populace plays a pivotal role in a neo-liberalized era. The fact that some of the countries such as India and China allocate a considerable part of their countries GDP to reinforce research and development activities pertaining to teachers assessment , students assessment and a host of parameters which influences the current education system. Of these, assessment of teachers helps to identify the lacunae in present education system that needs to be identified, rectified and upgraded so as to have an intelligent serving society in the years to come. Assessment of teachers is an elaborate process, as most of the countries do not have a central assessment system or a central evaluation system for teachers. The assessment technique will help to evaluate a pragmatic approach to debottleneck any shortcomings in education system.
