The important of Learning English has assumed greater dimensions in the present in the present contexts of globalization of information technology. It is the common means of communication between the peoples of different nations. One person out of every four on earth can be reached through English. But the language is not reaching all the corners of the community particularly the Down-Trodden children. Down-Trodden children attend only regional language medium or classes conducted in regional languages. In these schools English language is not yet all taught effectively. To make English language learning effective, The down trodden children are provided opportunities to learn English language lab. The competitive Down-trodden children may be opportunities in Doordarshan Kendra’s (All India Radio) and T.V Centers.
