A good teacher should be skillful enough to fascinate the students. He/she should possess many qualities. He/she should be a keen watcher, enthusiastic, he/she should have creativity and imagination, well organized, firm but fair, stimulating, know their stuff and listeners stuff, confident and above all interested in the welfare of his/her pupils. A good teacher should possess the qualities which satiates the thirst of the students. Effectiveness in teaching can be increased by offering a variety of intellectual challenges. He/she can utilize some methods which take the students away from memorizing and improving student’s intellect. The classroom questioning and answering is an effective teaching technique. It promotes thinking capacity; creativity; enhances learning; creates interest and motivates the students. Questioning and answering totally change the traditional teacher-centered classroom to student-centered classroom environment and make the class active and lively.
