Women’s Christian College, one of the leading colleges in Chennai has opted for iTell digital language learning software to enhance the communication skill and language skill of the Arts & Science students.
iTell-P1, the premium edition of the software installed by Mr. Shajan Dinesh, Technical Support Executive of Oréll can be used by two hundred users at a time. Ms. Ranjini Christopher, Asst Prof at the college provided necessary assistance to our TSE for the successful implementation of the project.
By using iTell language lab solution, WCC can fulfil its aim through the provision of complete, meaningful and relevant education. Integrated with two-way interaction, incognito individual student monitoring, group discussions and much more, this premium edition cleverly harnesses optimal technology that not only ensure students are monitored even more closely by the instructor but also that even timid students can be communicated privately increasing their confidence.
Women's Christian College, or WCC, is an interdenominational women's college on College Road, Nungambakkam, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Women's Christian College was founded in 1915 with 41 students and 7 faculty members, as a result of the joint venture of 12 missionary societies of interdenominational and international nature located in England, in Canada and in U.S.A., with a mission to provide higher education to women of India in liberal arts and sciences. It was affiliated to the University of Madras and was given recognition as an autonomous college in 1982.
